Writing and publishing services
If you need any information analysed, processed or professionally presented - then ask. If I don't know how to do it myself, I may well be able to advise you how to, and who can, do the job. My particular specialisations are:
- Software, process and procedural documentation. If you need a manual, I have over 20 year's experience of software and procedural documentation, from analysis, design, to writing and publishing. I have particular interests in pharmaceutical and healthcare topics, but have a good grounding in software and general business processes too. Remember: someone who is too closely involved with a subject will not necessarily make the best author: being able to ask the questions that real users ask is an invaluable asset in clarifying instructions!
- Writing for the web. For example, see my articles here, and one I wrote for
Web Reference. I can also advise on processes for publishing, and maintaining information once it is on the web or an intranet. - Copywriting and desktop publishing - newsletters, flyers, stationery, advertisements, brochures etc. Whether you need a few b/w copies of your latest price list, or a full-colour corporate newsletter to announce something to your company, I can do it.
